About the Founder
Mark Dwyer is a pricing professional based in Brisbane, Australia. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Massachusetts, Boston and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from the Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, New Hampshire.
Mark has over 20 years of global pricing experience with Haemonetics®, General Electric, Dulux and Fletcher Building Group. He has built a reputation for delivering commercial pricing solutions that have improved revenues and margins, while simultaneously focusing on improved customer satisfaction and retention across medical technology, financial services as well as building and construction industries.
Over the last five years, Mark has also been in high demand as a keynote presenter at various pricing and revenue conferences in Asia, North America, Europe and Australia.
From 2017 to 2019, Mark was a foundation member of the customer advisory group (PAB) for the identification and development of next generation pricing requirements for the world’s most progressive cloud based pricing software company, Price Fx.
In 2019, Mark co-authored significant sections of “Pricing – Inside Out”, a new text book of best practices from pricing professionals to those with the passion and aspiration to achieve world class pricing status. The book was officially launched at Copperberg’s “Pricing Excellence – Pricing in a Digital World” (virtual) conference centralised in Stockholm, Sweden in May 2020.
